		<description>It sounds like to me that they were phishing? fishing? for repeat customers. I have seen this before and have heard of companies that will go through their old customer database and send out emails with silly "mistakes" like this in hopes of reminding the customer that they were still around.

If they were in fact doing this, I can think of about 1000 other messages to send to old customers besides the one that your friend recieved. It's also not to far fetched to believe that this was in fact a test or error from the I.T. department. Anybody these days can run a business and it does not take a 6 year business degree to do it. How many company "I.T." departments do you know of that are actually a friend working in their bedroom on their home p.c. helping their buddy get their company off the ground?</description>
